1. Hardware - Computer hardware is the collection of physical parts of a computer system. This includes thecomputer case, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. It also includes all the parts inside the computercase, such as the hard disk drive, motherboard, video card, and many others. Computer hardware is what you can physically touch.
2. Software - Computer Software Definition. Software is a generic term for organized collections ofcomputer data and instructions, often broken into two major categories: system softwarethat provides the basic non-task-specific functions of the computer, and applicationsoftware which is used by users to accomplish specific tasks.
3. Data - Data is defined as facts or figures, or information that's stored in or used by a computer. An example of data is information collected for a research paper.
4. User - A user is a person who uses a computer or network service. Users generally use a system or a software product without the technical expertise required to fully understand it.
