Internet Connections

1.  Dial Up - access is a form of Internetaccess that uses the facilities of the public switched telephone network (PSTN) to establish a connection to an Internet service provider (ISP) by dialing a telephone number on a conventional telephone line.

 

 

2.Broadband - commonly refers to high-speed Internet access that is always on and faster than the traditional dial-up access.Broadband includes several high-speed transmission technologies such as: Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Cable Modem. Fiber.

 

 

 

3.Wireless - WiFi is a local area wirelesscomputer networking technology that allows electronic devices to connect to the network, mainly using the 2.4 gigahertz (12 cm) UHF and 5 gigahertz (6 cm) SHF ISM radio bands.
